The Ponderosa Water Rights Index Product provides a simple, yet comprehensive view of key elements of your water rights. It includes a comprehensive spreadsheet, as well as a Water Right Abstract and B3 Detail Report for each water right. Water Rights Indices may be customized based on water right ownership, source, or any other element that best serves your purpose.

The Summary Due Diligence Report includes the Ponderosa Water Rights Index, water right abstracts, B3 Detail Reports, and a B3 map of the points of diversion, places of use and land parcel boundaries, as well as a short discussion of potential issues such as unauthorized water use, co- ownership of water rights or issue remarks. A phone conference to discuss the report for up to one hour is included in the price.

The Preliminary Water Rights Report provides you with an introduction to Montana water rights, a review of the elements and authorized use of your water rights, and a discussion of issue remarks or potential issues that may arise.
